Belt Cleaners

Herman (Nanjing) offers belt cleaning system that suit the customer’s needs. The patented constant angle/ constant area design maintains consistent cleaning through all stages of blade wear.

清扫器

安装在带式输送机头部(头轮)区。通过张紧器对刀片提供一定的张紧力，将皮带表面粘结物刮干净，刮扫下来的物料应落入头部漏斗，随着下层输送带运走。

a) Primary Cleaner

PRIMARY CLEANER removes majority of materials adhered to the belt leaving only a thin layer of sticky fines. This cleaner will work more efficiently if used in combination with a secondary cleaner.

a) 第一道清扫器

重/重重型清扫器分体/整体刀片，适用于带速3m/s以上的输送皮带，与HTEO、HTEM型张紧器/HTEW重重型张紧器配置。有耐热、耐寒、防紫外线系列产品供用户选择。第一道清扫器与第二道清扫器组合使用，清扫效果更佳。

b) Secondary Cleaner

SECONDARY CLEANER removes residual fines of slime that has remained on the belt past the primary cleaner. This cleaner will work more efficiently if used in combination with a primary cleaner.

b) 第二道清扫器

安装在带式输送机头部(头轮)下方,沿回程皮带离开头轮瞬间的切线方向偏离切点55mm-110mm处。通过张紧器对刀片提供一定的张紧力，将皮带表面粘结物刮干净，刮扫下来的物料应落入头部漏斗，随着下层输送带运走。第二道清扫器与第一道清扫器组合使用，清扫效果更佳。第二道清扫器配置HTEE型张紧器。

c) Reversible Cleaner

REVERSIBLE CLEANER removes foreign substances on the surface of the belt. Suitable for uses on reversible belt conveyor.

BRUSH CLEANER removes residual fines materials that has remained on the belt past the primary cleaner. This cleaner will work more efficiently if used in combination with a primary cleaner.

c) 可回转清扫器

安装在带式输送机头部（头轮）下方，沿回程皮带离开头轮瞬间的切线方向偏离切点55mm-110mm处。可回转清扫器适用于双向运转的带式输送机，通过张紧器对刀片提供一定的张紧力，将皮带表面粘结物刮干净，刮扫下来的物料应落入头部漏斗，随着下层输送带运走。可回转清扫器配置HTEY型张紧器。

d) Brush Cleaner

BRUSH CLEANER removes residual fines materials that has remained on the belt past the primary cleaner. This cleaner will work more efficiently if used in combination with a primary cleaner.

d) 毛刷清扫器

安装在带式输送机头部(头轮)下方,沿回程皮带离开头轮瞬间的切线方向偏离切点55mm-110mm处。通过张紧器对毛刷提供一定的张紧力，将皮带表面粘结物刷干净，刷扫下来的物料应落入头部漏斗，随着下层输送带运走。

e) V-Plow

V-PLOW is installed on the plane surface above the return belt near the tail pulley. The blade resting on the unloading surface of the return belt cleans up the materials on the belt hence preventing off-tracking of the belt during operations

e) V 型空段清扫器

安装在带式输送机尾部，距离尾轮1.5m~3.0m处）回程皮带的平整面上，刀片靠自身的重力服帖在皮带的非工作面上，将洒落在皮带上的物料清扫干净，避免物料进入尾轮引起的皮带损伤及跑偏。V型空段清扫器适用于单向运转的带式输送机。
