Dust Suppression System

The DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM spray fine water mist particles below 10mm into small particles and covering a certain catchment area. These fine mist particles will agglomerate dust from the air, thus dust in the air can be controlled. Dust will not raise easily therefore air will be purified.

干雾化抑尘系统

干雾降尘装置是利用干雾器产生的10μm以下的微细水雾颗粒（直径10μm以下的雾称为干雾），使粉尘颗粒相互粘结、聚结增大，并在自身重力作用下沉降。

 粉尘可以通过水粘结而聚结增大，但那些最细小的粉尘只有当水滴很小时，减小水的表面张力时才会凝聚成团，如图1-1所示。如果水雾颗粒直径大于粉尘颗粒，那么粉尘仅随水雾颗粒周围气流而运动，水雾颗粒和粉尘颗粒接触很少或者根本没有机会接触，达不到抑尘作用；如果水雾颗粒与粉尘颗粒大小接近，粉尘颗粒随气流运动时就会与水雾颗粒碰撞、接触而粘结一起。水雾颗粒越小，聚结机率越大，随着聚结的粉尘团变大加重，很容易降落。水雾对粉尘的“捕捉”就这样形成了。
