Impact Cradle

It integrates polymeric slide bar plate, rubber and aluminium alloy as a whole, with adjustable groove angle (30o-45o). Installed at transit/ discharge points, as an impact buffer, it plays a role in protection for the belt and improvement of the off-tracking problems resulted from impact of materials on the belt. The length of the slide range from 1200mm, 1400mm and 1600mm, which can also be customized to customer’s requirements.

缓冲托床

超高分子板滑条，橡胶铝合金骨架为一体，可调槽角（30°- 45°），装在带式输送机的转运落料点处，起到减缓物料对皮带冲击、保护皮带的作用，对皮带受物料冲击下产生的跑偏现象起改善效果。滑条长度有1200mm、1400mm、1600mm三种，长度也可按用户要求定制。
