Herman (Nanjing) Technical & Engineering Ltd, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise by Piramid Emas Perkasa (M) Sdn. Bhd (Malaysia) and Altantic Engineering co. Ltd (United Kingdom). It has been established since 2002 and is based in Qixia District, Nanjing City, China.
We specialized in belt conveyor auxiliary equipment, belt cleaners, material flow aids products (Air Cannons and Vibrators), belt repairs and other related technical support services. We are the exclusive agent for Michael Mainlander GmbH (Germany) and Piramid Emas Perkasa (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia).

Air Cannons (G-Force)
G-FORCE AIR CANNONS provide High temperature resistance: the components inside the main valve body exclude sealing elements.
Fog Suppressor
The FOG SUPPRESSOR sprays atomize water into small particles and cover a certain area through atomization fan. These small water particles can agglomerate dust from the air, thus dust in the air can be controlled. Dust will not raise easily therefore the air is purified.
Dust Suppression System
The DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM spray fine water mist particles below 10mm into small particles and covering a certain catchment area. These fine mist particles will agglomerate dust from the air, thus dust in the air can be controlled. Dust will not raise easily therefore air will be purified.

Belt Cleaners
Herman (Nanjing) offers belt cleaning system that suit the customer’s needs. The patented constant angle/ constant area design maintains consistent cleaning through all stages of blade wear.
Belt Tracking System
The unique ‘pivot’ belt tracking mechanism will activate automatically once there is any sign of belt misalignment problem during operation. SURTRAC tracker is site-proven device that kick-in immediately and steer the belt back in-line.
Impact Cradle
It integrates polymeric slide bar plate, rubber and aluminium alloy as a whole, with adjustable groove angle (30o-45o). Installed at transit/ discharge points, as an impact buffer, it plays a role in protection for the belt and improvement of the off-tracking problems resulted from impact of materials on the belt.
Skirt Seal
SKIRT SEALING made from ethyl carbamate can be classified into two series of comma-type and maze-type, applicable for the improvement of material leakage at the discharge and impact areas. The effect will be better if it is used in coordination with an impact cradle.
Vibrators
Using the power of applied vibration to energize material, reducing friction against container walls as well as internal particle-to-particle cohesion. The material moves more freely. Feeds, sorts and compact will be more effectively and handles more easily.
